ICLN Professional Development

At ICLN, our programs and materials are developed by professionals who have spent years on the front lines of healthcare leading successful patient care enhancement initiatives through leadership development, change management and quality improvement. Our faculty provide practical ways for you to develop your proficiency in the Five Core Competencies in order to create meaningful change in your institution’s patient care protocols.

These Core Competencies form the foundation of our leadership model and contribute not only to better personal performance and professional growth, but also to better results for your institution and your patients.

ICLN Programs

ICLN programs concentrate on developing one or more of the Core Competencies with the goal of recognizing where change in both your professional demeanor and your institution’s operations will lead to improved patient care.  The programs range from short, highly targeted workshops to those that are longer in duration and cover particular topics in more depth.  Each program is designed to equip you with practical approaches for aligning diverse interests within your institution around improvement efforts and organizational change.
